Maine and New Hampshire’s seacoast communities have seen an exponential increase in demand for housing. In April of this year, Maine home sales increased 36% compared to 2020, and the median sale price was up by more than 17%.

Hi. I’m Radka.
I love living in York, Maine. Along with my husband and three school-aged sons, I’ve lived here for almost two decades. This coastal community has been a wonderful place to raise children and it’s where I plan to continue living long after they’re grown.
